SUITBORN NIGHT 3 Anxiety Survival Checklist

Calm the meter before Gojira punishes panic—usable mid-shift on any night.

Anxiety Survival Checklist

SUITBORN ties anxiety directly to survival. Vision tunnels, louder breathing, and sloppy inputs attract Gojira and Anguirus attention. Use this checklist during shifts—not only before queue. Pair with Night Prep Checklist and How to Play control notes.

Recognize rising anxiety

Stop moving when any of these appear:

  • Screen edges darken or pulse
  • Heartbeat / breathing audio intensifies
  • Crosshair or movement feels “heavy”
  • You feel an urge to sprint without a clear route
  • Flashlight flickers on/off involuntarily from panic inputs

Rule: If two or more boxes are true, anxiety comes before the next task step.

Immediate calm-down (30 seconds)

  • Stop sprinting — hold walk or stand still
  • Kill flashlight unless NVG requires minimal light
  • Open emote wheel (B on PC) and select a calm emote until meter drops
  • If near a camera station, view cameras for 5–10 seconds—breaks line-of-sight stress
  • Lean (Q/E) to peek instead of walking blind into intersections

Do not resume posters, parts, or generator work until at least one calm action completes.

Camera break cadence

  • Night 1: camera check every 2 poster batches
  • Night 2: camera check before basement entry and before assembly
  • Press C if stuck in camera UI (per game control hint)
  • Log Gojira floor location mentally before leaving cams

Cameras are not safe rooms—Gojira can still reach desk areas. Use them for intel and anxiety relief, not camping.

Sprint discipline

  • Sprint only on confirmed empty corridors
  • Never sprint toward generator room during chase audio
  • After closet exit, walk three seconds before sprinting again
  • Co-op: call “sprinting east” so partners do not collide and double-noise

Chase audio checklist

When heavy footsteps start:

  • Freeze or enter nearest closet if path is clear
  • If caught in open hall, do not run in straight lines—break line of sight around corners
  • Kenji players: save katana until you confirm closet is too far—see Class Tier List
  • After chase ends, run anxiety calm-down section before continuing tasks

Closet hiding rules

  • Enter closets smoothly—running into doors creates noise
  • If Gojira saw you enter, expect door checks—be ready to relocate after it leaves
  • One player per closet in co-op
  • Do not spam open/close closet—each toggle is sound

Night 2 anxiety spikes

Night 2 stacks stressors:

  • Csybot guard audio overlapping Gojira footsteps
  • Anguirus near exit after assembly
  • Basement darkness without NVG

Extra boxes for Night 2:

  • Emote before descending basement stairs
  • Emote before picking up the third+ suit part in one trip
  • If guard speed boosts, pause tasks until calm—see Best for Night 2

Post-chase recovery

After you survive a chase:

  • Full emote calm before next objective
  • Camera check to reorient kaiju location
  • Re-read next step on Night Prep Checklist—chase amnesia causes generator forgets
  • Co-op: verbal “I’m calm, resuming posters/part 4” callout

When anxiety maxes anyway

If you black out or get hit at peak anxiety:

  • Review death replay mentally—sound, light, or skipped emote?
  • Adjust next queue: earlier emotes, slower poster/part routing
  • Consider Worker practice before Kenji if you burned katana on panic—not on strategy

Gamepass interactions

  • Night Vision: reduces flashlight anxiety triggers but not emote need
  • Clock: use visible time to schedule calm breaks before 5:50 Night 2 assembly

  • Tier List Hub — Kenji timing after calm-down
  • Scripts Hub — ESP does not lower anxiety; do not skip emotes because you see Gojira on wallhack
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Does anxiety actually affect Gojira detection?

Yes—rising anxiety tightens visuals and pushes reckless movement. Sound and light discipline collapse when you panic sprint. Emotes and cameras exist specifically to break that loop.

How often should I emote on Night 1?

Whenever two or more rising-anxiety signs appear, and always before generator refuel if your meter is above half. Skipping emotes to save time is the most common Night 1 wipe cause.

Can Kenji skip anxiety management?

No. Invisibility saves bad positioning but wasted katana on panic—before emotes—is a top Kenji misplay. Calm first, katana second.

What if emotes do not seem to lower the meter?

Stand still during emote, kill flashlight, and ensure you are not taking damage or hearing chase audio simultaneously. If meter stays maxed, hide until audio clears then emote again.

Is this checklist different for Bloodbath Kenji grinding?

Same anxiety rules apply—Biollante-style ambushes punish panic in collab mode too. Emote before key retrieval zones even when grinding katana unlock.
