Class Tier List

This is the definitive class tier list for SUITBORN [ALPHA] on Roblox. Every placement reflects how often a role helps you finish night objectives and survive until 6 AM—not how rare the badge looks on your profile.

If you have not played a clean Night 1 yet, start with the How to Play guide, then return here once you understand anxiety, generators, and closet rules.

S Tier — Kenji Fujimoto (unlocked)

Unlock: Solo Bloodbath with zero deaths, then pick up Kenji’s katana when it appears.

Ability: Activate the katana for ten seconds of full invisibility. During this window monsters cannot detect you—even if you walk directly through their line of sight.

Why S-tier: No other class offers a guaranteed chase reset. Night 1 Gojira punishes panic sprinting; Kenji buys time to reach a closet or finish the last poster. Night 2 is worse: Anguirus blocks exits, Csybot assembly pulls you into basement lanes, and dual-threat routing leaves little room for mistakes. Kenji turns a fatal misread into a completed task chain.

Weakness: Brutal unlock requirement. Most players will run dozens of Bloodbath attempts before a flawless solo. Until then, treat Kenji as a goal—not your default queue pick.

Night split: S-tier on Night 1, Night 2, and Night 3 Kong after V4.0. On Night 2, save the katana for Csybot guard windows or Anguirus exit ambushes rather than opening shift poster runs. On Night 3, save it for apex generator touches and open-hall recovery.

A Tier — Default Worker

Unlock: Available from your first shift—no badge gate.

Ability: Standard night-shift kit: movement, flashlight, lean, emote wheel for anxiety, camera viewing, closet hiding.

Why A-tier: The Worker is the baseline every ranking assumes. No passive safety net, but also no false confidence. Learning poster routes, generator refuel timing, and when to kill your flashlight is easier without relying on a ten-second crutch. Speedrunners and new players alike clear Night 1 consistently on Worker before touching Kenji.

Night split: Best classroom for Night 1. On Night 2, Worker remains A-tier if you pre-plan Csybot part locations and never assemble early—community notes suggest holding pieces until ~5:50 AM then rushing completion avoids long exposure windows.

B Tier — Survivor Specialist, Fearless

Survivor Specialist — Awarded for sustained survival milestones (hundreds of thousands of players hold this badge per Rolimon’s stats). Identity flex more than a unique active ability, but the badge correlates with players who understand long-shift pacing.

Fearless — Introduced in recent alpha builds as a badge-class tied to calm play under pressure. Useful psychological anchor: if you earned it, you likely already emote before anxiety maxes.

Why B-tier: Neither replaces Kenji invisibility or Worker simplicity. They reward players who have internalized fundamentals and want a themed loadout for challenge runs. Bring them once Night 1 feels boring—not while learning Anguirus patterns.

C Tier — Suitborn Plush, Grin Plush

Suitborn Plush — Found in-office collectible tied to a low win-rate badge. Great for codex completion and screenshots.

Grin Plush — Even rarer badge with minimal survival upside.

Why C-tier: Zero practical recovery tools. Using a plush class on Night 2 is a self-imposed hard mode. Queue them for fun after you can carry teammates mentally—not when you need consistent clears.

How classes interact with night tasks

Night 1 tasks: Remove ten posters, refuel the generator, survive until 6 AM. Kenji simplifies poster sweeps when Gojira camps a wing; Worker teaches you to stagger tasks so refuel never coincides with a chase.

Night 2 tasks: Find basement key, collect five Csybot suit parts, assemble the suit, refuel generator, survive until 6 AM. Kenji shines during assembly rush and exit escapes—Anguirus often spawns near the door if you complete Csybot too early. Worker players should hold parts and coordinate generator checks between basement trips.

Gamepass note (not a class)

Night Vision (~150 Robux) is not ranked here, but it changes stealth math. Players with NVG can navigate dark halls without flashlight noise, effectively boosting any class one informal tier step in low-light routes. Without it, A-tier Worker play demands stricter flashlight discipline—see Anxiety Survival Checklist.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Is Kenji always S-tier even if I am bad with the katana?

The class is S-tier because the ability is objectively strong—ten undetectable seconds reset almost any mistake. Player skill still matters: wasting the katana on Night 1 poster #3 leaves you naked during the generator refuel. Practice on Worker first so you know when to activate.

Should new players skip straight to Bloodbath for Kenji?

No. Learn Night 1 on Worker until you can finish posters and refuel without dying. Bloodbath has its own threats (including Biollante-style ambushes) and a zero-death requirement. Rushing the unlock usually wastes more time than clearing Night 2 on default kit.

Why is Worker A-tier and not S-tier?

Worker has no recovery button. Kenji's invisibility solves problems Worker cannot. Worker earns A-tier because it is always available and teaches habits that make Kenji god-tier instead of wasted.

Do plush classes have hidden stats?

No confirmed survival buffs in alpha data. Treat Suitborn Plush and Grin Plush as cosmetic badge classes. If a future patch adds passives, rerun verify and update this list.

How often should I revisit this tier list?

After every major alpha update—especially AI changes, class animation patches, and Night 3 launch. Follow the Updates hub and adjust Kenji timing notes when cooldowns or durations change.
